- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup Nutella
- 2 tablespoons 15 g flour of your choice
Grab your favorite mug. It should hold at least 8 oz. (240 ml) of liquid.
Whisk one egg in the mug until mostly smooth. Stir or whisk in the Nutella (or other spread or nut butter), followed by your choice of flour.
Microwave the mug cake for 60 - 90 seconds (1 - 1 ½ minutes). The mixture should puff up and resemble cake.
If there is any liquid at the bottom or the cake seems underbaked, heat in additional 15-second increments until the cake is to your desired consistency.
Top with more Nutella, scoop, and enjoy!
