Add shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese to a crock pot.
Mix ingredients until well combined.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Once hot and bubbly, garnish with blue cheese crumbles and green onions.
