Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 15 oz pinto beans, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat in a cast iron skillet until browned.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, pinto beans, chili powder, and black pepper.
