- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over them.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
Add cream cheese on top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Serve over rice, pasta, or as a sandwich filling. Garnish with green onions.
