- 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 medium red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño minced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp hot sauce
Prepare the Shrimp: Chop the shrimp into small, bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the Shrimp: Place shrimp in a large bowl and pour lime and lemon juice over them. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Add Veggies: Mix in red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for another 15 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips.
