Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • ½ cup sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Blend the watermelon cubes into a smooth puree. Strain to remove seeds if necessary.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
