Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet 7g instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sesame seeds or nigella seeds optional

Instructions

  • Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  • Gradually add warm water and olive oil, forming a dough.
  • Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  • Shape into ovals and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seeds.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
