Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
Gradually add warm water and olive oil, forming a dough.
Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Shape into ovals and place on a baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
